The laboratory is led by Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Appliance Group Co., Ltd., the chairman unit of Sichuan Beidou Satellite Navigation Industry Alliance, and jointly constructed by Sichuan Jiuzhou Beidou Navigation and Location Services Co., Ltd., China (Mianyang) Technopole Industrial Technology Research Institute, Civil Aviation Flight University of China, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Southwest University of Science and Technology.
Hunan Weidao Information Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction of Sichuan Jiuzhou Beidou Navigation Terminal Test Laboratory. As the core facility of Beidou Open Laboratory, China (Mianyang) Technopole Branch Laboratory, it has passed the special acceptance organized by Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Appliance Group in May 2017, laying a solid foundation for the smooth listing of China (Mianyang) Technopole Branch Laboratory.
